"The house next door had stood empty since Hazel’s death; without the life of its former owner, it was a shell of a home, dark and dormant. In the wake of his elderly neighbour's passing, teenager Michael becomes increasingly intrigued by the mysterious James Linden, who arrives at the house next door late one night with his wheel-chair bound wife. The Lindens maintain a very private existence- James leaves in the mornings and returns home in the evenings, and Mrs. Linden is nowhere to be seen.
