The Legacy 5 Sirens

On a small Scottish island something strange is happening. There has been some reports of a high pitched sound that is keeping the birds from nesting there and the wildlife away. The Legacy Foundation received a cryptic message from someone telling them they should come to this island. But why and for what purpose?
